Sub surface extraction
This is a process used if you have had a flood for example and your carpets are soaking wet and the water has soaked through to the underlay. This technique can remove the water without the need to replace costly carpets saving you time and money. This can also be used to remove some of the worst stains that have soaked through the carpet preventing wicking back.
