We will walk through your home with you to inspect the carpet and identify any stains or problem areas. We use a black light to find stains we cant see with the human eye so these can also be treated.

Something a lot of companies neglect. This is to remove the dry soil and is an important step in the cleaning process. no need to do this before we arrive as we will still go through this step.

This is where we pre spray the carpet and start to break down the dirt on a molecular level that a vacuum can't remove.
